            Easy Steps to a Clutter Free Home
            The first step to a clutter-free home is to start talking about it! We can do this by either a phone conversation or email, whichever works best for you and your schedule. This consult will help provide me with basic information and details about yourself and your needs. It’s also a great opportunity for me to answer any questions you might have. We'll discuss what's working and NOT working for you. Communication is the key in making sure you are completely satisfied. Your satisfaction is my goal! If after our conversation you are ready to schedule one or more sessions, we can do that at this time.


            Organize

            Let's Do This!

            Your session begins! This is where chaos and clutter turn into spaces of functional living! Every project is different, but most begin with the purging of unused or unwanted items. I will be working side by side with you during this process, teaching you along the way. I not only want you to end up with a home that invites you to finally relax, but I also want to teach you how to keep your home in a state of blissful functionality! Once the purging has been completed, I'll begin the sorting and organizing process. I will work at a pace you feel comfortable with, until your project is completed to your satisfaction! If your project requires several hours or days to complete, we will pick up where we left off on the following session. Each session is scheduled for a minimum of 5 hours. Longer sessions, up to 8 hours, are also available if desired.



            Keeping In Touch...

            Follow Up!

            A few weeks to a month after the completion of your project, I will follow up with a phone call or email to see if your newly organized spaces are still havens of calmness and order. This will be a chance for you to let me know if you’d like other spaces in your home organized. I offer “Touch-Up” Services for spaces that have already been organized but just need a little touch-up. This is a great service for making sure those spaces stay organized and clutter free! I also offer Referral Incentives, which can provide you and your friends with free session hours!


             

            SESSIONS & RATES

            Total cost for a 5-hour session rate varies between $300 to $350.
            Session rates vary depending on travel time to location.
            Longer sessions are available if needed.

            Donation drop-offs are also INCLUDED at no charge (You will be given the donation receipt for tax purposes).
            I also offer complimentary phone consults and counsel for established clients.


            SUPPLIES

            I have a small inventory of basic functional organizing bins & supplies that I bring to all projects. This helps save time in case an item is needed right away.
            You have the option of shopping for your own specialty supplies or choosing from the ones I have on hand. I don't mark up the cost of the supplies that I have on hand,
            so your cost is the same as mine. However, there may be a small service fee if a large amount of these readily available supplies are used.
            If you would prefer to have me shop for specific organizing supplies, my hourly rate will apply.
            I also try to be resourceful with storage items you already have in your home that will serve a
            better organizational need than what they’re currently being used for.


            SERVICE AREAS

            I offer Organizing and Decluttering services throughout the surrounding Phoenix area......and beyond!

            Some of the areas include, but are not limited to: Downtown Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale,

            Carefree, Cavecreek, Anthem, Verrado, Sun City, Sun City Festival, & Surprise.


            CHILDREN OR PETS

            If you have small children or pets at home that require a lot of your attention, it may be necessary for you to make arrangements for them.

            Minimizing any distractions will help in keeping us both focused on the task at hand.

            This will save valuable time, which will reduce your cost.




            METHODS OF PAYMENT

            Payment is due upon completion of EACH DAY of service.

            I accept cash or personal checks.
